After nine years of various experiments, intense lemon peeling and adjustments of various nature with different types of sugar, herbs and alcohol, we have come up with our two definitive recipes. Heloise is our own antagonist version to a traditional limoncello, which brings out the fragrance of the lemon rind first to the nose and then to the taste.

Immortale is a digestivo, also made from a base of lemon rind but with an extra kick of local wild herbs.
